Rene started his culinary career at the Landmark Club in Stamford, Connecticut, while also working at the Stamford Italian Center. He came to the Club in 2003 and worked with Chefs Daniel Leviatin, J.B. Sipple and Matt Adkins. Rene has also worked at Weeburn Country Club for three summers. He is currently our Executive Sous Chef under Pablo Lorenzo. He is married with twin boys.
