Director of Catering
Prior to joining the CCD team, Erika was the Director of Catering at the Union Club of the City of New York for eight years. She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Catering and Hotel Management from the Scottish Hotel School of the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland. She has worked as Director of Banquets and Special Events at the New York Yacht Club, Catering Sales Manager at the Russian Tea Room, and Group Sales Manager for Virgin Atlantic Airways. Erika resides with her family and three cats in East Norwalk, Connecticut.
